Rakeback

Here is the only place you need to go for Rakeback. Sign-up to any of these deals and a percentage of the rake is donated to charity. Don't worry, this does not come out of your rakeback. To the best of my knowledge this is the only poker site that makes charity donations out of the rake. Rakeback is available for a wide range of sites. Some sites simply do not allow it, the ones that do are listed in the table below. Most sites allow you to view your rakeback by signing up in the rakeback sign-up page, and others are paid directly from the site, provided you sign-up using the link from this site. You are advised to sign-up by clicking here. Some require special sign-up instructions to get your rakeback, others do not. It's all clearly explained so don't worry.

Rating

Taking into account the bonus offer, the rakeback deal, how good the software is, the ratings for SnGs and the ratings for MTTs I have calculated the overal score for each site. I have not included traffic in the calculation because sites that are better for SnGs and MTTs tend to have more traffic.

More information on rakeback deals

Competition

Smaller sites tend to have softer competition than larger sites. Also, sites that have lots of casino players or sports betting players tend to have weaker competition because those kind of players often like to gamble more, instead of playing poker profitably.

Bonus Offers

The rating of bonus offers is based on VIP bonuses, loyalty bonuses and sign-up bonuses. I have rated each site based on how good I think the bonuses on offer are. I have not included them in the table because they would take up too much room and cause problems sorting the table. You can find out more information by visiting the sign-up pages.

Traffic

The traffic column contains the average number of players per day that are active. Obviously, the higher the traffic the easier it is to find a game at the stake you want to play, which is most useful for multitabler. However, the better rakeback deals and fishier opponents tend to be on sites with lower traffic. The traffic is information is kept up to date. The last time it was updated was on the 16th of November 2012.

Software

The software column is a rating beased on how good the graphics appear, how smoothly the software runs and how good the navigations is in the lobby. In the review pages there are screenshots of the lobby and the table.

SnGs

In this column is the rating for how good the sit and go tournaments are and how easy it is to get a game. Sites with higher traffic tend to be better for sit and gos because there are more players playing them and it is easier to get a game.

MTTs

The MTT column is a rating for multitable tournaments. The tournaments have more players in bigger sites but when the tournaments are smaller they are easier to win. Guaranteed prize pool tournaments can sometimes work in your favour on smaller sites when not many people sign-up.
